• Produce player development reports
• Create squad dashboards for clubs
• Track player progress over time (where requested)
• Communicate with clubs about the pilot programme or services
• Improve the PitchIQ system
How We Store Data
PitchIQ stores data securely using reputable tools such as:
• Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Drive)
• Notion or Airtable (for dashboards, where applicable)
• Squarespace (for website enquiries)
Access is limited to PitchIQ only.
Who We Share Data With
PitchIQ does not sell personal data.
We may share reports and dashboards with:
• the submitting club and authorised coaching staff
• parents/guardians where they have requested or approved access
We do not share player data publicly.
Data Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary to:
• deliver reports
• provide ongoing tracking (if subscribed)
• comply with legal or operational requirements
You may request deletion of data at any time.
